Glacial Valley Cultivation (GVC) was founded by Robert Ellis, a Buffalo, NY native, U.S. Army veteran, and relentless advocate for clean, ethically produced cannabis. After experiencing the therapeutic benefits of cannabinoids during his transition out of military life, Robert set out to help others heal—physically and mentally—through education and access to high-quality cannabis.

After being awarded one of just 10 indoor cultivation licenses in all of New York, Robert became a target. Big cannabis came knocking—offering partnerships, equity, buyouts. Their goal was simple: take the license, keep the lie going.
